    A place to store ideas, lists, and links related to amateur radio (generally) and WY1E (specifically). And just to complicate things, I’m VE3WYG north of the border.

  • I can recommend Dan KB6NU’s class on Youtube for the first test here in the USA (technician). Dan moved his intro course online during COVID, and very thoughtfully posted the Zoom recordings. For his latest update, he teamed up with Jason KC5HWB to present the tech class in full. I filled a notebook with my scribblings, a reflection of my “old school” learning style. I then used Craig “Buck” K4IA’s study guide to review. I used the same approach to pass my general. For the extra exam, I used Dan’s published version of his course. Here are some links:
